ca125 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the ca125 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by ca125 through ca125.co or its associated mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ca125 platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the ca125 management.
This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date your account is registered and remain applicable for as long as your account is active on the ca125 platform.

2. Account Creation & Security
To use ca125's services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify ca125 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Using a weak password or sharing your password with others is a risk borne entirely by the user.
Registration information
- Your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address must be accurate.
- ca125 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Accounts using false or unverifiable information may be suspended.
- Your account information may not be transferred to any other party under any circumstances.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All ca125 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, or to use automation software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.
The following specific prohibitions apply to all ca125 users:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Posting or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, or harmful.
- Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform or interfering with its technical infrastructure.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or incentives in a manner that violates the relevant promotional terms.
- Engaging in any form of financial fraud, including the use of unauthorised payment cards.
- Sharing or selling account access to a third party.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of balances linked to the offending activity.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ca125 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. ca125 supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. ca125 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Any deposit discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process. ca125 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the user.
Ca125 reserves the right to freeze or block transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or violations of anti-money laundering policies. In such cases, users may be required to provide additional documentation before the transaction can proceed.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Ca125 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ca125 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform.
Ca125 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary disruptions to service.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ca125 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, or internal operational decisions. Valid balances in accounts closed for non-fraud reasons will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with established procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual property
All content on the ca125 platform — including trade names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ca125 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Third-party links
The ca125 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. ca125 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
Changes to terms and applicable law
Ca125 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
